RF Caliber
Even though Caliber was not born here he is a bottle baby so we are putting him on this page. He will bee our new Jr. Herd sire. He was born December 8th
Cookie Dough
Cookie Dough was also not born here but he will be C'arra's show wether and we have had him since he was 2 days old. He was born December 13th.
Joy's Buckling
He was born January 5th at 9.5 pounds and is growing well. He was a single buckling out of Joy and Paintball as of right now he is being retained as a 4-H wether. Taylor will be showing this boy this year and his name is now Bonequiqui James. He is growing the best. He was 32.07 pounds at 35 days old.
Jasmine's triplet does
Jasmine graced us with triplet does the morning of 1/10/12. They are sired by Paintball. My sisters named them. Marsha is the traditional with white on its face, Jan is the solid faced traditional, and Cindy is the red doe after the Brady bunch. Marsha weighed 8.10 pounds, Jan was 7.4 pounds and Cindy was 5.11 pounds at birth. They all look so different confirmation wise so it will be interesting how they grow. Cindy has had a slow start but is catching up. Marsha and Jan will be sold after the fair this year. I have not decided if we will hold on to Cindy or not she is starting to get thick so we may keep her and see how she grows out.
Sky's buckling
Sky had an 8.10 pound buckling on 1/11/12. He looks to be really thick and I can't wait to see how he grows. He was sired by Paintball. Kerigan will be showing him at the fair this year and his name is now Storm. He was born at the coldest part of January and had a rough few days. We even brought him inside for about 2 hours to get him warmed up. He is doing alot better now.
RF Jager
Jager was born 03/09/12 and he will be another one of our bucklings this year. His sire is dappled and his dam is black with 3 white socks. He also came from Roll Farms.
RF Porsche
Roll Farms Porsche was born 03/14/12 and is out of a solid red doe and a black traditional buck. She is 88%. I have wanted a solid black doe ever since I started raising goats.I have also always wanted a doeling out of Levi at Roll farms. I really did not expect Levi to have a solid black doeling. I think she was meant to be mine. Thanks again Roll Farms for Porsche.
